- From all of the information I can find on your 2017 Heartland Torque T285 it should have left the factory with tandem 6,000lbs axles though I recommend crawling under it and checking the axle tag on the center of the axles to confirm this as trailer manufacturers like to change parts randomly.
The Dexter # 23-105-106 you were looking at would be the correct replacement for your 6,000lb axles.
While you have the drums off check that there's no ridges/wear or else you'll need to also replace...
